Lubbe-D’Arcy told the committee about the effect herbicide spraying is having on our forest as witnessed by New Brunswickers who love to spend time in the woods, and called on the committee to exercise the precautionary principle in banning herbicide spraying on the forest:

All four SSNB board members participated in our event in Petiticodiac August 16, 2019, where we launched our “Grab our Pamphlet and Bring it to your MLA” Campaign.
July 15, 2019: SSNB issued its second annual Report Card to the current government, with grades for performance on the #StopSprayingNB issue.

 

SSNB’s Post-Election October 17’18  public forum to draft a model bill to #StopSprayingNB with all 4 elected political parties:

SSNB’s ELECTION SIGN CAMPAIGN: Lawn signs with election toppers were placed all over NB by SSNB supporters/volunteers, AND we had 6 HUGE 8’X8′ billboards along NB major highways, also erected by dedicated volunteers.
